Personalized Training in a Group Setting is our Specialty!

Class Structure

Set in 1 hour blocks, each class is programmed for the day by our Coaching Staff . Each class of the day will perform the same Workout of The Day (WOD) and will be modified and scaled to each athlete’s abilities or limitations.

In the 1 hour block, you will go through a warmup, a strength/skill session, a conditioning workout and a cool down. During that time, the coach will be actively engaged with each athlete helping with form corrections, weight selection, class direction and always there to give encouragement throughout.



Our goal is to make you as well-rounded as possible in your athletic aspirations and following the 10 pillars of Fitness: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Speed, Power, Accuracy, Agility, Coordination, and Balance.

This means programming will consist of all different variations of workouts that include short sprints to longer endurance workouts.
