Step 1: Choose a membership that fits your schedule or Book a Free Trial Workout (link at bottom)
Step 2: Your First 6 classes will be going over the Fundamentals of CrossFit in our Intro Series
Intro Series Classes are M/W/F 6AM or 7PM (mix and match as you like)
Participation in all 6 sessions is required before joining the Group Classes, but they may be done in any order
Step 3: Once your 6 classes are completed, you will move into the Group Classes that fit your schedule OR if you feel you need more time on basics you can repeat any of the Intro Series Classes
3x Weekly Membership
This membership allows you to come 12 times per month to any Group Classes that fit your schedule.
This membership allows you to participate in unlimited Group Classes per month and drop into Open Gym Times for no additional charge.
